Returns & Exchanges


We hope you are delighted with your order.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
Have the hygiene seal and swing tags intact.
Be returned in the original plastic pouch.

Please note:
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All discounted purchases are final sale.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at returnandexchange@leslieamon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Returns must be shipped with a trackable service of your choice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and Leslie Amon is not liable for parcels lost in transit.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note:
Original shipping charges (DHL) are non-refundable.
